Scotia Boyd is a Celebrity, Film, and Television Makeup Artist based in Los Angeles. Since being introduced to Italian Renaissance art at the age of 14, she has been in awe and inspired by everything that is beautiful. Now a dedicated multi-disciplinary artist, she enjoys painting as well as makeup artistry.

Driven by the desire to empower people through makeup and by the art of transforming faces through light, shadow, and color, she brings passion to all of the projects that she aligns herself with. One of her favorite aspects in both makeup artistry and her impressionistic paintings is working with and studying texture.

Scotia seeks to foster kind work environments and is committed to life-long learning. Her insights about working and growing as a makeup artist in the film industry have been featured in The Toronto Star, The Daily Mail, Bustle Magazine, and The National Post.
